I had a similar thought when I heard about cycling round Castle Combe circuit. After a couple of laps it turned into a bit of a drag especially when you were riding round in the wrong direction . Why they chose to do that I don't know . Maybe it is more downhill in one direction with a steep short upward section.
Some people said that it is a good way to do some cycling free of traffic but you have to be careful of some cyclists speeding round .

Well. Last cigarette was Mid Dec. And I’ve just tipped what Vape juice I had left; down the sink in order to now give that the heave-ho to.

Congratulations. It's the best thing you will ever do.
It's ten years for me this month and every day I still feel grateful that I no longer smoke and have zero desire to ever do so again.

I gave up smoking when cigarettes went up from about 96 New Pence to £1 for 20..
I believe they're over £10 a pack now!!

It is light grey here this morning .
I had one of my funny spells yesterday afternoon . Despite that I still went along to a talk at the museum about work on restoring the Kennet and Avon canal near the town . I asked a question as to where they get the water from as it has been bone dry for years , thinking that it had probably cut through old streams in the past but they had since been diverted . The chap doing the talk said that was a problem as they aren't allowed to take water from streams or rivers so the water would have to come from Swindon over 20 miles away . It would be all downhill from there .
It is interesting that the river Avon in the town is only fed from streams and brooks from the West side.

I did some calculations years ago when we bought another car and it is amazing how much is spent feeding the habit .
Luckily I never got into it . I first thought that you blew through them just to enjoy the smoke . When my friends told me to suck, flames went down my throat! We were trying creeper at the time .
