I do...Although there's a part of me that thinks it's not a terribly good idea, but the mathematics (as long as you can build up a good head of steam) disagrees.

Give it a go; London probably has taster sessions. There's three basic rules on the track
And no, you can't put a go-kart on it but you can put a motorbike on for derny racing.
- Keep pedalling, or the back end will kick up and you may fall off.
- If you want to go higher pedal faster (there's ways to go high and slow, but not for a beginner).
- Look before you move.

I'd love to try, but realistically I'm far too slow a cyclist and so am likely to a) be a danger to others and b) end up in that crumpled heap that you mention. I'm flat out at 14 or 15 mph...![]()
