It's probably 4 years since I was last there, when I took my brother to order a very fancy ti mountain bike with Pinion gears. One of those Alpkit places amongst the hiking places.
Lovely part of the world.

I fid take a stroll around Alpkit.. They do some nice goodies..
The cafe.. Apologies.. Bistro.. next door does a decent coffee & sausage roll, too!

Light grey here but dry.
My little finger is a bit painful and swollen, a bruise is starting to show. Cycling seems to be making me younger as I have now fallen off twice. I can remember doing it a lot when I was young.

I have put our bins out, recycling and rubbish. I haven't heard the bin lorry so I don't think they have been done yet.
My brother asked me if I was going for a ride today. I said that I will rest my hand instead. The jarring it would get on the handlebars and trying to use the brake lever would only make it worse.

Good morning from a mostly sunny and frost free Suffolk.

Coffee has been had and the ticket for the gig secured - I nearly baulked at the price, but remembered where the money is coming from and hit the 'buy' button. As a bonus another band I like are putting on a free entry gig on a Sunday (cheapest night for hotels and no rail replacement bus) so that's another night away sorted.

Today will involve food shopping for Saturday's day out at Silverstone and possibly a wash & polish of the car.
