Cuppa has arrived. Lunch should be soon. Can't believe I'm excited about hospital food, but needs must. Breakfast was just weetabix, and tea, of course.

We've had a rather bossy old lady not wanting to try walking and not wanting discharging today. Apparently OK to go home.

Dunno if they do it where you are but ask to see the ethnic menu, I got told about it when in LRI the 2nd time for my Femur repair, for a couple of days I had Dhal with Rice and Saag Aloo (potato and spinach curry) with a small Chapati/Roti and a little pot of natural Yoghurt but there was other meals on offer, Chicken Tikka Masala for one.

@fossyant - SWMBO's in a different hospital to usual today sorting out their food and snack provision (she's a Dietitian). She's in rehab / low security hospitals usually but today is in a medium / high security hospital. I'm presuming you're not in that one :okay:

Stepping Hilton as me and a mate call it (he's had a few hundred nights there).

I think I'm going for a ride
But this requires checking the weather, via the closed curtains.
That's quite hard when bed is so warm and comfy.

Further news will follow.

Well it was very nice. 40 km around some new, to me, back lanes.
Slightly further than I planned. But excellent, home in time for a legal tussle Zoom and a late lunch.
Settee security detail is now required.

Do you know what "dols" is with regard to elderly mentally infirm Patients? Can look "dols" or is it dolls?
Edited to add:
I found it easily: Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. The person who told me about it is dyslexic, so I was not sure he had got it right.
