@fossyant hope you managed some sleep last night?
Did you tell your fellow ward cyclist about cycle chat or is he in enough pain?

after what has been said today I'm going on a personal boycott of anything American - they can all feck off

in other news, far more positive and uplifting news - this weeks cycling was completed this evening (all 126.3 mile of it) so I'm on holiday until Sunday when it all starts again - 3 whole days with no bike :wahhey:

Yes I'm with you.
Who would want to do a trade deal with them on their terms?

No sleep, way to busy in the unit. The other chap had a bulging disk so was wheeled away to a normal ward before he can go home.
Got my first cuppa of the day and breakfast is on the way. Poor chap next to me is nil by mouth (more back problems) until his MRI, and the other two of us will be tucking into breakfast.

Good morning from a 7th floor hotel room in Leeds. Today's view is looking down onto the Kirkstall Road (rather than up it for the past couple of visits) and across to a building site for yet more flats.

A grey and damp start to the day thanks to more overnight rain and I'm having the usual post breakfast rest before walking into and around town and then getting the train home.
