Spend today in the workshop, then Edinburgh tomorrow and a meal out, may be a walk on the beach on Saturday

Good morning from grey, overcast and chilly Suffolk where a lousy night's sleep was had thanks to the cold I've picked up. While looking for my stack of paracetamol I found a couple of unopened boxes under a box of ibuprofen (also unopened) which I didn't know I had - their use by date was end 10/22.

Coffee has just been had and a light breakfast of a couple of Weetabix will follow shortly as I'm still stuffed from lunch yesterday. Then I must go out and get some food shopping done for the next few days.

Own up? Who bought a new bike for Christmas as the office for national stiff sticks revealed that our economy grew by 0.1 percent.
