Good morning from Suffolk where it's yet another grey, overcast and chilly start to the day. Coffee has been had and, judging by the sounds earlier, the recycling bin has been emptied. The bedding changed out yesterday is in the wash.

All that has to be done today is to get the wheels I sold on Ebay over the weekend to the Post Office. Hopefully the closure of the road at the roundabout to the A14 won't cause the same sort of traffic chaos in the area that the closure of the other road to/from Felixstowe did back in November.

Just phoned mum to see how she is and mentioned we are getting the new car , anyone else would say nice etc but nope i got a load of ear ache instead and she wonders why the family doesnt want to go around anymore as all she does is pick fault no matter what we try to do to help her .

Had a message from eBay that a usb - hdmi adapter I have had an EU recall on it as lead based solder was used. Wonders exactly how many items I have had with such without any recall on them. Said to contact seller. Seller denies any record of the transaction despite me sending them the receipt.

Arghhh, sprained my ankle.
Been on the bus to town this morning, home, bacon sandwich and a cuppa, got up to put some stuff away, walked 3 paces and over it went in a split second.
Agony for 5 minutes, painful as heck for 30. Icepack (broccoli ) applied straight away and I believe it's helped immensely.

Its always my right ankle, done it loads of times over the decades...it must be weak it's happened so much
