woke up with my left wrist hurting for not apparent reason , very odd .
No sleet here yet and the forecast now doesnt show it arriving but with 50 mph winds im glad i opted not to ride today although i plan to get the turbo set up later.
Looks like i need to nip into town for usb c chargers as mini ck 2 own isnt charging her phone any more and although im sure i had spares they all seem to have vanished ......... mini ck 1 being the main suspect .

Garden bird feeders have been topped up but pretty sure the windy conditions will empty them.

Feel a bit of a fraud not going for a ride as it looks like a nice day outside but weather app says gusts up to 43 mph and feels like -3 so that eases the guilt

I just woke up. I think two weeks of 05:30am - 2pm shifts and Saturdays caught up with me. One final Monday shift, and then I'm on holiday.

Also, next month I'm back to a four-day week; except that I've now got so much overtime I could take a week off anyway...

Good morning from Suffolk where it's a windy but bright & sunny (for a change) start to the day. Coffee has been had after a long lie in just listening to the radio.

Once breakfast has been had I may get a bike out for a short ride and then follow that up with a little stroll into town and along the seafront.

A truly horrendous morning with gale force winds and hailstones. No Sunday ride by the looks of it.

thats a bit like me , i have been doing my shifts and sundays for months and friday i finished at 11.45 pm then was up at 6.30 as i had to lead the club ride saturday .In the afternoon we took the kids to the local garden centre as they had an ice skating ring then chippy tea after which i zonked out.
