Dry but cold with a southerly wind which means the forecast rain will appear soon.
Got a reasonable night's sleep so not feeling so knackered apart from a sore right shoulder.
According to a GP I spoke with recently this can be a sign of gall bladder problems which given the state of my gall bladder is not unlikely.
Do have incipient brain rot I think as I gave my driving time on Sunday from Craignure as 25 minutes when it should have been 35.
Still sorting out my food purchases so better get that done asap and most into the freezer.

I'm waiting in for a parcel to be delivered by the Royal fail. Anytime between 10am and 2pm.
I'll do some hoovering and other assorted domestics whilst waiting.

I'm sure the trousers I'm wearing are mislabeled - they show 32 long (33" leg) but seems shorter than that. If I sit down the hem ends up mid calf.

Well that was encouraging! I thought I would play the CD which came with my " Play a Tune a Day" clarinet book. I could tell Jingle Bells but all the rest sounded the same and couldn't find Oh Come All Ye Faithful. There was a load of rubbish which sounded like a hurry gurdy playing. That was carp!
Why is it that when people tune things , a guitar from a piano people say that they are both in tune yet it sounds different to me. It's like saying that the sound of a Bristol Hercules radial is the same as a Rolls Royce V12 Merlin?

I see there is an appeal for information regarding a stolen Mondeo.

It occurred to me that someone could steal my car and it could be next week before I would even notice as I use it so infrequently!

New one would not back up from the old one as it was running 12.5.7. I needed over13.1 in order to access a revamped web site for ferry services.Essential for anyone needing to travel by Calmac.
In settings and keyboard everything seemed to be automatically selected when I checked.
I will probably get there in the end and am fed up having to put in passwords.
Still not able to get Borrowbox but the library can sort that for me.

Taking my hearing aid apart to clean the tubes I accidentally snapped the ear connection from the body. Yet another Delay Repay claim submitted - we were on time until the train was held for 10 minutes just outside Peterborough so I've missed the connection at Ely. Full refund heading my way so I may go to the Tesco just outside the station and get a sandwich and possibly a beer.
