Quick question - is this "Keep out of reach of chldren" I keep hearing at the end of some adverts a general piece of advice rather than a product warning?

I've only really noticed one ad that had that warning and I think it was for a laundry product, probably a pod. Unilever's lawyers with a current lawsuit?

Though, when you think about it, children have a very small reach, so it's not a major problem.

''Keep out of the reach of other people's children.'' makes sense as a general principle.

A thousand years ago when I was at national school, the medicine (Calpol??) the rather elderly teacher used to to give to any pupils who were poorly changed to a childproof lid on the bottle. The teacher had to give it to us children to get it open as she could never manage it.

Well today was dry here, but cool. Thermals required.
Despite that I made a pleasurable 25 km wander through the byways.

Seems it was a day for the shoots.
Odd charabancs towed by large tractors transporting clients from one spot of carnage to another. All seemed terribly well dressed for tramping through muddy fields and woods.
Also seems a very expensive way to buy pheasant. A brace will be a fiver in the market once the season gets going.

I always keep out of the reach of children ^_^ especially the very small screechy shouting ones.
