Today's visit to the hospital patient is calmer so far compared to the last one.
So breakfast treat today.Local cafe , Victor no baked beans Mrs P has asked as we are travelling tomorrow,and no smelling the car out,we have guests with us.So Victor makes breakfast with no beans,it is a breakfast with double of everything,except the replacements for the beans was another egg and another sausage,So three eggs three sausages.Flippin heck Victor you should not have done that,no it seems i am a well liked and valued customer.

Their owners/drivers have more sense, deciding to stay at home.
No snow but still cold. I managed to walk home from work today without any random strangers giving me a telling off about my choice of jacket!
I probably could have got a ride in this evening in daylight but there's still an ice risk imo and for some reason the road I need to use to get anywhere interesting is always populated by high-speed kamikaze drivers on Friday afternoons.
I must walk over the supermarket for some groceries now in a bit. It would probably have made sense to have stopped on my way home from work but I had forgotten my shopping bag and the IT people at work may not be amused if I squeeze all my shopping into my laptop bag on top of my work laptop!

My cycling friend who had to miss the ride yesterday came round for a chat. 23 compared notes on the old rusty frame that we have, his is a Carlton, he reckons that my Holdsworth is in a better condition.
It has been sunny here all day so I thought I had better get another ride in before the storm arrives. I did 12 miles.
