Ibuprofen doesn't agree with me, unfortunately. So rest, paracetamol and a hot water bottle is kind of doing it. It is getting better, but slowly.

I do not take ibuprofen either but the pharmacist tells me that the amount involved is insignificant and will cause no problems.

Dry day and surprisingly mild tho' cloudy.
Busy day as I dug out all my bikes and checked them over and inflated the tyres. Two track pumps are needed as the Brompton valves are not accessible with my usual pump.
The Tern Link was taken up to the greenhouse to make more room in the bike store aka spare room as this is a a dry spot. Getting it up a steep flight of steps was a bit of a pantomime as the front wheel kept flopping over. An able bodied person would have no problem but I am now past being described as able bodied. I hope there were no witnesses.
I keep forgetting I have a folding mobility scooter so that will get attended to tomorrow and take it out for a run. I have had it out but as it is a trike configuration the steering can be a bit of a problem and terrified me the last time I tried it. I got it second hand and it was not expensive but the previous owner had it for quite a while I think.

Arrived early and after a walk around and calling in for a bit of shopping. We checked and the cottage was all nice and ready. So got in and unpacked early, Charlie is really not liking being on a lead anymore at home it’s fine. Being away it’s not that simple plus if he has an off day this week. It’s not as easy as being at home so after a bit of a chat we desired to ordered a dog pram. It’s coming tomorrow only thing now to worry about is fitting it in the car come home time.
