Morning.

I went for a run at 3 a.m. About 4 miles. No records were broken.

I hate running. Would much rather be on my bike. But I figure I should mix it up once in a while.

Now excuse me while I have a bit of a lie-in.

Thankfully, my knees bar me from running. Apparently my kneecaps are each in two parts, which isn't that unusual, but it hurts to run. Doctor told me cycling is good for it though, so I guess I'll have to force myself to keep riding
