Lovely afternoon out - 50 miles of Suffolk coutryside under clear skies, sunshine, light winds and temperatures just the right side of cool. Hopefully it will go some way to make up for Friday & Saturday's food and drink intake.
Now for something to eat and a mug of coffee to wash it down with.

Afternoon Aldi trek and the adjacent Pets at Home had a small bag of sunflower hearts. Feeder filled of them, meanwhile the peanuts are disappearing at a high rate from the feeding tray.
Have a folding three arm indoor airer, went to fold one of the arms and it fell off. The black plastic bolt completely vanished A garden cane forced into place and cut to size effected a repair.

Stop moaning Postie,but i never thought the op would cause problems.Pain killers at 04-30ish this morning,up at 06-50 due to pain NO pain killers so just raised right leg,but now i am taking Movicol to open up the passageway.I dare not bear down,noway i might do some damage.Early days yet,all i want is a good sleep.Why when i lay down i get pain and not when i am sitting is a mystery,anyway no more moaning,it could be worse,i could be a Manchester United supporter.

On a better note it is not a normal Sunday dinner.It is bbq sticky wings and chips,oh the goo the mess flinger lickin good.

Not quite the same but a friend who was a GP told me that after her op for piles the first bowel movement felt like passing a red hot cannonball wrapped in barbed wire.

Second cuppa went down well

Just run our Dyson round my elderly parents bungalow as the hoover they have couldn't inflate my ars£

If you're trying to inflate something with a hoover, you're using it wrong.

Turned out a nasty cold wet day.
Attempted a walk but bailed out and ended up at my wildlife pal's place for afternoon coffee.
Managed to get the car clock reset without too much swearing.
Living room curtains are pulled over for the first time in months, partly to hid the misery outside and also conserve some heat. There is also the problem of the holiday house which is still occupied and they seem to have a searchlight which shines in my windows causing annoyance.
I do complain a lot about them but they really are an antisocial bunch who consider themselves superior to the local peasantry.
Not sure It is safe to mention that they come from Yorkshire.

In the song "Dancing Queen", I always wondered why someone was in the Hoover Dam.
