Back at work, can't beat getting up at 4.30 am on a Sunday to be paid double time. Literally on my hands and knees with knee pads and gas mask painting floors

Overcast morning but still dry and windless as I look out at Loch Etive swirling gently back out to sea. A few seagull passing.
I wonder if ones coming in from seaward and those going out great each other in passing?

There is so much traffic leaving Mull today that all vehicles going by Fishnish are diverted down a forest road normally locked off. This is because otherwise they just block the road for oncoming traffic. This happened to me as I was coming back to Mull after my wife died and her funeral had to be delayed because of the rally. Coming off the ferry traffic could not move as they blocked the road and simply refused to move over. Threats to scrape past eventually worked as I had big steel bumpers.
At least somebody hopes to make some money off them as the Fishnish food bar is fully stocked up and open from 6AM this morning.
No idea what to do today apart from packing ready for an early departure tomorrow.
I could get the trike out for a run but feeling a bit lackadaisical.

Just back from a shopping trip into Oban.
As I was leaving son was setting off on his bike for a run wearing shorts as the weather did not look too bad.
A bit showery on the run in and then found banks of hail on the downhill into town. Got into Lidl just in time to avoid a hail shower of biblical scale but dry when I got back out.
People are generally helpful to me with a couple of sticks but when I made a passing remark about not finding lemon juice the wife of the couple went and searched the store and despite my protestations continued until she found it.
While it is nice of people it can get a bit embarrasing.

Yes, the stick gets me preferential and polite treatment. Restores my faith in mankind, it does.

We are happy to announce we have a new member to the family.A Vauxhall Crossland X October 2020.It seems Mrs P loved it as soon as she saw it.Black roof Orange bodywork.I like the shape and it looks a solid car.I have not sat in it yet,it is resting and asleep in our garage.Tomorrow it takes us to Manchester. Not on the train now as planned.

Looks like a Nissan Rogue, or an Opel.

In all the confusion about the coffee nomenclature, I forgot to mention the 2 bph* conveyance progressing along the High Street.

I had heard the clippity cloppity clop of the power units before I saw it. Particularly noticable was that it was moving at just a fraction below the speed limit of 20mph.

* Bhp - is that the same as hp? Can @Reynard clarify the difference please.
