So it's just a case of resting up, keeping hydrated and popping the paracetamol.

We've had SO many 4ths that could've been bronze, and so many silvers that were a gnat's todger away from being gold - a whole bouquet of aaaargh moments. In terms of outright medals, we've got the third most, behind the Chinese and the Yanks.

Cold much better, have been taken off the Covid watch list and put back on general duties.

I'm nearly up. Bit of a lay-in today as I was up during the night..

Dull but dry with little wind but off on my travels back home with a lot of stuff to unload when I get there.
Not looking forward to the journey as the good weather will bring out hordes of touroid who think a ferry trip would be a good idea.
This means every convenient seat will be taken so nowhere to sit in comfort and the road will be cluttered up by slow drivers who do not let following traffic past.
