That's what happened to me about 4.45

So I went for a 14 mile ride and removed a Tange N4 bottom bracket unit

Morning .
It is nice and sunny here with clear blue sky.
I have put our garden waste bin out. It is full of dead elm branches.

What do they do at these Cobra meetings?
Do they all sit around whilst a snake charmer plays and they have to "Name That Tune?"

“ Interesting” day.
Poured rain all morning but I was in getting a gastroscopy with no sedative which was my choice.
Not very pleasant but I have had worse done to me in hospital.
Hiatus Hernia which does not improve but change of medication on the cards.
Nurses say strange things sometimes.
I was hirpling out and her standard leaving remark “ See you later”. Reply “I sincerely hope not”. We both laughed.
Some shopping done then back to base where I fell asleep as the rain stopped.

I had 2 of those! I must have not been completely with it the first time when they found the bleeding ulcer and sealed it . The second time they did it was to check that it had healed. I was fully with it and it was horrible!

Another dreich morning. I demand a refund as this summer hasn't met with expectations.

Still stuffed up sinuses, watery eyes and headache. I took one of the pills the doctor gave me last time but I don't think they help much.
