On a good note Mrs P has had a fish breadcake sarnie for her tea,or being from the dark side balm cake.And she has some colour,maybe we are on the mend.

It's snowing...

It's been a very indoors day here chez Casa Reynard.

Treated myself and slept in - not much you can do when it's weather for ducks and Mr Noah's Big Boat. Spent the afternoon cooking, so that I've got meals in the fridge to take us through the weekend.

Tonight's supper was delightful; haggis, clapshot, steamed carrots & sprouts and a cream whisky* sauce.

Now sat by the fire with a

* used armagnac, as that's what's open.

Weather has calmed down a bit, I have been to the wound clinic for the surgical wound, and to the DMV for my handicap tag for my car. So things are making good progress. Spending my down time on self education in video production, photography, and drawing. The retirement arts and sciences, as it were.

I have put our bins out . It is cold out there . I had to break open our dustbin lid as it was frozen stuck.

Garden bird feeders have been topped up.
Looking out of the office window I can see frost on the garage roof but none on cars .

Weekend days are both S..day so if you have a longer weekend should not Friday be renamed? So is it Sirday or Siriusday today ?
