I met an old school friend in a pub in Mayfair today. A glass of white wine and pint of lager came to.........

One road I ride along is fairly straight and the local government has put up a temporary sign that shows your speed. I've been having fun with it all week.

However according to my colleague you aren't supposed to see how high you can make the number go.

I wondered why it kept giving me a frowny face whenever I beat my record.

How high a speed have you managed so far?
And for how long did you maintain it...

I could buy 4 or possibly even 5 pints depending on exchange rate.

I felt ripped off paying £6 for a pint in Port Charlotte.

I had never been to a pub in Mayfair before. It was an eye-opening experience. The clientele looked surprisingly unsmart.
