We had some sunshine this afternoon but it is now tipping down again.

I went up to visit the Pogs in the front this morning. There was a bit of a gathering which soon disappeared as I approached. There are now 5 dollops of spawn. On my way back to the house I spotted our first Hedgehog poo.

Been told I may have a month or two away from work as I recuperate from surgery. Glad I have always been a bit of a saver, and not much of a spender.

I can state categorically that fruit scones, with proper butter, or jam, have a therapeutic effect on poorly peoples. Even better for people looking after poorly people is plain scones with jam and extra thick double cream.

Not wanting to upset Mrs P's not upset stomach i have tasted one scone.It tastes ok.I think tasting one is not enough of a comparison,i think further testing will be in order just to make sure.

I had a funky dream last night: I went to a job interview to be a trainer in an adult learning centre and they offered my an apprenticeship as a painter and decorator. Obviously my upcoming interview is more on my mind than I thought...
