A suitable quantity of pancakes has been shovelled down the hatch.

Had some with the traditionally Belgian combo of butter & brown sugar, some with marmalade (the pan scrapings from yesterday) and some with chocolate spread.

Went track racing at Derby, which was probably inadvisable as I'm still recovering from being ill. Got a best of 2nd 10 minutes, although I also had an asthma attack mid-sprint in another race. The medical staff looked a bit worried but I re-assured them I was OK once medication was taken.

Be careful of that asthma. a good friend of mine from Uni died of that, o'er in London.
