I don't recall ever watching any of the Victor Meldrew series, but such is the fame of his punchline eh - ?

Trains still went there in the 80s.

The station was reduced to a terminal, not a through station in the 70's.
Been a terminal since, trains still run there today.

Oh well, yet another day passes and I've achieved the sum total of bugger all, but at least I've been paid for doing it.

Another grey, cool and breezy day with the second mug of coffee being delayed due to the sudden outbreak of work. Had to swap mudguards on the main commuter bike due to a broken clip before leaving for work this morning, but they weren't really needed as the roads were mostly dry.

And that's about it for today's excitement.
