December was a very good month for electricity prices, with one of the week's only costing me 88p !
Prices have now increased so its back to using the CH boiler to heat our water.

Must admit our solar panels save us quite a bit , shame we can't save as much on the gas usage

I think that the worst of Storm Thingie has passed through. It wasn't too bad when I left work, but it suddenly hit when i was on the open bit of the commute and at one point I was hardly moving forward despite being on the ebike and on assist level 2 of 3. I've even had to turn the sound up on the TV due to the wind noise.

Heavy rain here all day.Fortunately only light wind

Anyone else been watching The Tourist? It's a bizarre mix of serious and comedy but I'm quite enjoying it.

Still raining.
One winter we had rain every day according to a friend who recorded such things. It did not necessarily rain all day but at some time in any given 24hrs it rained.
Need to start setting my alarm clock to waken me at a reasonable time in the morning. With generally nothing specific or urgent to do there is a tendency to just turn over and doze a bit more.
Makes it harder to get up earlier when I do have a purpose.

£150 from Ernie. Not much but consistent and will pay my next trip off.

I think I did see it.. I tend to forget programmes until I start watching them again then realise I've already seen them.. 🤷‍♂️
