Strangely, it's usually coffee that sets it off when I'm drinking caffeine to fight fatigue.

I know that one. Mine have absolutely no pattern; they appear at random.

Christmas is back up in the loft and a lot of tidying of both loft and house.
Most glittery stuff has been hoovered up but I'm certain that it will keep rearing it's ugly head for weeks & months to come!

It's raining again. It was lovely this morning during my 3 mile walk and whilst I was taking the outside lights down 🎅

Whoa i bought a very nice priced travel mug off bayofE as a Xmas pressie.Firstly the staff in the cafe topped the drink right up to the top even thought i ordered a small latte.Then in church the heat lasted one hour fifteen mins i bought at 11-00 and i was still sipping at 12-15,i am well pleased.It was still very warm but i finished it before i gave a little testimony at the front.
