From what I remember about German grammar, it's the second and subsequent verbs in a sentence that gets moved to the end. Your sentence only has one verb which, incidentally, needs conjugating, i.e. Ich fahre.Leave the Denglies out of this.
What's wrong with saying ich mit dem Fahrrad um den Parkplatz fahren!
