I took this picture a few minutes ago with my new Tamron lens. All I have done is to crop the picture. I think it is quite sharp.

The weather forecast was not wrong. Right on time the rain started pouring down and the wind got up and supposed to carry on until morning.
Could just see a scuba dive boat in the Doirlinn lurking around waiting on divers to surface. There is an old coal barge sunk near the shore which is totally uninteresting in my experience but often used for novice divers. In this weather torches would be needed and it is also very silty as is the whole area. Not an inspiring dive site.
Car has just appeared back and I see it has cost £135 to replace a drive shaft oil seal. Cheaper than letting it leak and it could get worse with lots of damage caused by lack of oil. The cost of collecting and returning the car is not recorded but probably comes under general labour cost.
Getting cold so a heater is on the raise the temperature a bit inside the house.
