Mixed up sort of day regarding weather.
Bright sunshine just now but black clouds hanging around waiting on me to go outside before dumping rain on me.
Got a few things to take up to the dump so that gives me something to do
Mention of car insurance reminds me to keep an eye on mine and mebbe start looking around for quotes.
@Reynard's remark about her mother re car insurance rings a bell. At my age I have found many companies will not even quote and those who do ask extortionate premiums. One year I had to pay over £1000 for insurance but last year it came down to about £750.
I have an absolutely clean record and the only claim in the last 20 years was a broken windscreen caused by a stone chip from a passing vehicle.
This is a bog standard Peugeot Partner so nothing fancy either.

Second cuppa went down well along with a toasted white crust and lemon curd so now got sticky fingers
Well IT fixed the lock out issues on my work laptop only for me to find the main program we use will not load properly. IT having a few minutes to figure it out....And let down by Sainsbury's; no reduced Nectar price offer on 2 pints of milk. Waitrose have come up with one for 75p to use tomorrow and a combi of vouchers at the Co-Op should make another 95p
