Back from a pleasant 9 mile walk with No1 daughter & Bonnie 🐶

I actually rode a bicycle yesterday, for the second time in what seems like ages, just around the neighborhood and a couple of other parts of the trail, just to see that I could still ride a bicycle after all the foot issues. Amputation scars have healed well, I still have balance on the bike. All is well.

Wet again in Wales. Need to prep a small first aid kit for our Pennine Bridleway trip next week. Buying one would have been a waste, too much stuff you don't need. Got sterile pads, antiseptic wipes, some big plasters, tape and bandage. Any less injury it's tough, any more its gaffa tape

Back home and it's none stop no wonder we've a yellow weather warning.
We've unpacked the bit out the van we really need the rest can wait till tomorrow.
As i was guiding Mrs 73 onto the drive I noticed the van has a flat tyre something else to sort tomorrow.
Have to pump it up and see if it holds if not it's a new tyre if so may as well do the front one. That side has the oldest ones on.

Like the other stuff it's vegan friendly too.

Without getting political I can predict with confidence that it will be a hatchet job. BBC Scotland has nothing good to say about anything Scottish and Calmac is a frequent target.
In any case I have no telly but thanks for the heads up.

I've now swept and mopped the floor because apparently floors get dirty again after being washed, so once a year isn't considered sufficient.

The floor is now drying and it's created a Rainforest Microclimate.

You've not lived it's way better than the other stuff. Maybe it's a Yorkshire thing but it you'd be surprised placers that do sell it.
