snap.... well actually its that pesky fine misty rain that soaks you and doesn't look like it is raining until you actually go outside, but its wet and I'm not impressed, so that is all that counts. Other's can join the not impressed group if they wish. I don't mind

The Scots have a great word for that rain "Smirr" seems to just about sum it up in a sound.
