I've been going to Pilates regularly for a few years. I think it's the best thing since sliced bread and everyone should do it. When I started everything was really hard but our teacher has progressed us more than I could have expected. It's made me stronger and more flexible so that everything else I do is easier.
@summerdays does it too.

I've recently gone back to doing Yoga, Hatha Yoga, gentle stretches and meditation, helps my flexibility and peace of mind.

Thank you Hopless, you're very kind. I think the time was right for me to have a break, but it's good to be back.

I have two Budlea's in my back garden, they're a small variety, they're not supposed to grow more than four foot tall, the one at the bottom of the garden is over four feet and still growing, the one at the top of the garden has topped five foot and is still going. they were both pruned down to the about a foot tall in the spring.

I can hardly even put my shoes on these days never mind sodding pilates :laugh:

What is that soppy dog wearing?
5 minutes with a southern wimp and she's gone all la-de-dah :rolleyes:
I told her the previous day that she had to be posh as she looked like a swamp monster. A gorgeous one but a swamp monster all the same.

I was expecting Jo to have just brushed her but she came out with the hippy scarf on.
