I shall see how I get on, I am not usually good in group things like this as I am always aware of my size. However I know riding my bike so much is helpung with my fitness and I have dropped a dress size already and it has been suggested that this will help strengthen my core muscles.I've been going to Pilates regularly for a few years. I think it's the best thing since sliced bread and everyone should do it. When I started everything was really hard but our teacher has progressed us more than I could have expected. It's made me stronger and more flexible so that everything else I do is easier.
