Brilliant though i tend to ignore gym ones and go to a class elsewhere.Another warm ride to work this morning, we had a lot of rain overnight but I didn't hear any thunder. I am debating trying a pilates session at the gym, has anyone had any experience?
I pay membership though so the class is free, I think I shall give it a go.Brilliant though i tend to ignore gym ones and go to a class elsewhere.
I've got mixed opinions about Boardman but I think the work he's doing around everyday cycling is excellent, and I hope he gets recognition for that - and that the powers wot be take heed of what he's got to say. He makes an excellent ambassador away from the razzmatazz of pro cycling.I just turned Radio 4 on and Chris Boardman was on the air. I've had a deep respect for him for a good while so if you like him he'll be on here soon - http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b07dly5l
I missed the first part so I don't know when he started. His final question was about his most satisfying cycling achievement and his answer was doing what he's doing now: working towards making cycling a normal, easy way of getting about.
In date?I've found half a packet of smashed up Jammie Dodgers in the deepest recesses of my saddle bag.
Yes!In date?
I just saw a CycleChat jersey in Deptford. Not on the road but hanging up in a first floor window. That'll be where the blue man works then.
