I was told that the Flying Scotsman is out and about today, we are hoping to see it this evening on the Badminton line if the weather holds out.

I just turned Radio 4 on and Chris Boardman was on the air. I've had a deep respect for him for a good while so if you like him he'll be on here soon - http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b07dly5l
I missed the first part so I don't know when he started. His final question was about his most satisfying cycling achievement and his answer was doing what he's doing now: working towards making cycling a normal, easy way of getting about.

I've got mixed opinions about Boardman but I think the work he's doing around everyday cycling is excellent, and I hope he gets recognition for that - and that the powers wot be take heed of what he's got to say. He makes an excellent ambassador away from the razzmatazz of pro cycling.

Another warm ride to work this morning, we had a lot of rain overnight but I didn't hear any thunder. I am debating trying a pilates session at the gym, has anyone had any experience?

I've been going to Pilates regularly for a few years. I think it's the best thing since sliced bread and everyone should do it. When I started everything was really hard but our teacher has progressed us more than I could have expected. It's made me stronger and more flexible so that everything else I do is easier.
@summerdays does it too.
