Alonso really is on incredible form. Mind you, no taking away from Max with that final push to retake pole. I'd be a wealthy man with Alonso's skill and Verstappen's reactions.

Seems a little harsh to penalise LeClerc for failing to be psychic. Would have been better to fine Ferrari as it was the team's fault for failing to notice what was going on.

Leclerc and the team race as one. The team is being penalised because they baulked another driver. A fine doesn’t mitigate that for Lando, but a grid drop can (in this case not directly but it will change the race). Leclerc also broke a cardinal rule of Monaco - don’t slow down in the tunnel.

Although I sort of agree, but TBH why would he slow there, there is an agreement not to whether informed by the team or not, but it's like engine & gearbox penalties where it's the teams issue the drivers still get penalised.
