Although I sort of agree, but TBH why would he slow there, there is an agreement not to whether informed by the team or not, but it's like engine & gearbox penalties where it's the teams issue the drivers still get penalised.

Mmmm, but my experience is that racing drivers are notoriously hard on their equipment, especially if someone else is paying the bill.

Currently watching Indy 500 on Sky, what is interesting (well to me) is I have live timing on the laptop the Sky feed has about 30-45 seconds delay
 
Or, AM, Merc, Ferrari have enough photographs of what RB are actually doing & manage to copy it, they are currently so dominant it has all the hallmarks of a Toyota turbo job, one that cannot be seen, it falls inside all the rules for static testing & it's not until it's under load or in play that it actually reveals what it is doing.

I agree with you that they have something which the others haven't cottoned on to yet!
It seems as though at every circuit they are straight out of the box and setting the pace whilst others are trying to get things sorted !

A lot of people are suspicious of the Red Bull suspension, they think theres something illegal about it.
