Bumped into Mr Scoosh when I was out for my lunchtime walk along the cycle path by Crewe Toll. Almost didn't recognise him with his dark glasses and trendy beard . Says he is working his way back to full fitness so hope to see him on one of the rides during the summer fit and raring to go.

Enquiring minds have to know, @Somebuddy - did you find any geocaches whilst on the Lochs and Glens route? I know there are loads (because I found several of them on a holiday in Killin )

There's an awesome one halfway along Loch Tay at the site of the Cave of Caerbannog from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

I saw a weather window in the forecast for between 9 and 11 this morning..
it arrived two hours late...
and apart from road spray I got it dry...
at just before 2 this afters,
back to sleet and the usual wind..
sadly now have a limp derailleur (I think its that)

That's what Bridge of Weir looks like? One of my lads has a flat there.

I'm surprised that you haven't been told to sell the bike to make space for dinner parties and board game nights.
I can heartily recommend Settlers of Catan...
