I'm too sleepy  plus i really need to clean the chain :surrender:
You can clean it with your blouse

Busy at weekend
I'm seriously... if anyone tried to stop me from cycling at the weekend I'd be all like "EH! Why you trynna stop me cycling wheneva I want! If you try to stop me again I'll kick you squaw in the nyuts! Respect mah authoritah!"

Etc

Thanks for that, this is actually between my work and home.
I don't have a choice, can only cycle or walk
Will have a perusal at the timetable, maybe pick a day off for the first time and then walk home.
I shall start from a cooler class

Cool, hope to see you there some time! :okay: I went to another class yesterday, mercifully in an unheated room this time! I wouldn't say it was 'easy' but I didn't think I was going to pass out / throw up so that's a good sign!

Saturday was a good day - dry, mild, not too breezy so I managed my first ride of the year ! :wahhey: Just a wee doodle up the Cycle Path, along to Cramond and back home - a mere 16 km but a handy check that my shoulder and knee work better than a few months ago.

They did and hopefully still do ...

I'll not be doing an @Edwardoka and cycling to Stirling though ! :stop: I have another source of free travel ...
