Me ? I'd have been so scunnered, I'd probably have gone home - but I'm a big wuss not going on a cycling holiday soon ...
Your fellow moderator - the blue, terrifying one - would have been most unimpressed if I had bailed after a measly 4 miles in given that it was the last chance attempt at the Ton a Month Challenge

Sadly , you haven't yet observed that the Blue One hasn't been a Mod for about 1 year now ... ;)

Gladly ^_^ - well done on keeping going on the Ton a Month Challenge. :bravo:

Chapeau, young Sir ! :bravo:

I haven't liked 'cos I can't cope with another Ed rant - however have a grand old time, try not to die but make sure to take lots of pictures of you in the process of dying.
Cheeky so-and-so. The prophecy foretells that I'm going to die in the Pyrenees, not the Canaries.

Ya ( ... stingy - don't know how to score formatting on here ) erm, I mean parsimonious fellow
I had to google that, and English is supposed to be my first language. I thought you were accusing me of smelling like some sort of Italian cheese that you grate over pasta . Anyways; I have a good thermostat - I don't feel the cold too badly (I dress for it!) in the same way that I can take a fair bit of heat too (casting my memory back to when we actually had some.....). It's just wind and rain that grind me down .

In fairness, it has been warm for the time of year.
I'm ground floor though, always warmer outside the flat than inside
Rejoice: I got a wee bit wet on the commute home ^_^
