Um, regarding Pitlochry, I guess it depends really. Lots of good cycling country around there and I vaguely remember that the river front is quite nice, you can hire a rowboat. :sweat:
I knew that :laugh: Just thought you may know somewhere.
I haven't planned to take the bike although my husband is encouraging me to :ohmy:
We're staying by the river in a luxury cabin.

My husband is really into his Scottish history (he's American) and wants to go to Killiecrankie.
If you blink as you cycle through it, you will miss it! Also there some pretty step climbs in and out of it as well that even fully fit I found hard! The best bit is just to the south of it where there is a cafe and toilet... But it is sadly seasonal however the picnic benches are still open and several miles further south just before pitlochry, there is a forestry commission woodland reserve with year round toilets and a nice area to ride a mtb in.
