You can't (well I can't) take it easier in the wind cause you really do move nowhere then![]()
Well, you CAN if you are not running late! The wind just encourages a slower pace. I take your point I'm just saying if your legs are tired a slow recovery ride is more beneficial than either racing around doing more damage to your muscles or doing nothing at all.
