They obviously didn't meet the German tandem couple on LEL who seemed to be powered by argument. In fact they also seemed good at deliberately losing each other in the controls. Apparently they're married and are always like that

weather is looking at bit better for this weekend.....Been eating healthy over the last couple of weeks,been out on the bike a good bit yet i haven't shifted a bit of weight, a wee look at what else i can cut out and the weight should start to come off..


Might head up Sheriffmuir tomorrow, first CAT 3 climb in months...Its going to get messy

Never understood why folk got caught up in the commercial hype of Valentine's day. My history is not that great but is it not about undeclared love rather than keeping the Mrs happy. You should show the Mrs your love all year round surely.
In our house love is declared by my John keeping my bike safe and maintained. What more could a girl ask for?
