As those 2 troublemakers inflict themselves on us, im making an attack on the Scottish blethering thread from the English contingency, and people living in Wales. Nos da to you all. There's no hiding for those two from now on. I know where you ARE gentlemen.

weather is looking at bit better for this weekend.....Been eating healthy over the last couple of weeks,been out on the bike a good bit yet i haven't shifted a bit of weight, a wee look at what else i can cut out and the weight should start to come off..


Might head up Sheriffmuir tomorrow, first CAT 3 climb in months...Its going to get messy
