Took a walk along the coast between Hopetoun and Blackness today, quite a few snowdrops in flower and even a black headed black headed gull.
Only 6 miles but enough to work up an appetite for this evening's haggis

42 miles today in the sun, although it was a touch "fresh" when I set off about 9am.. If I'd had gloves I would have put them on! By 11:00 it had warmed up nicely and the fleece came off; back to shorts and T shirt.
Still not liking having to use busy, multi lane roads with drivers who are obviously not used to cyclists

Tried to find more rural stuff but seems that you always end up back on main routes, some of which have good paths running alongside, but others which haven't.
Calories in today, lots (thank you Denny's breakfast; Auntie Annes cinnamon pretzel; Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia, and Dixie's chocolate brownies
). Calories out - not enough!
