Running shoes arrive today
Pull-up bars to arrive next week :cry:(I can't do free weights or push-ups because of my freaky wrist cyst)
New cleats arrived yesterday :bicycle:

Weather is ideal so far, but the cycling yesterday wasn't great. Wanted to get the shopping nonsense out of the way as I deliberately came out here with clothes that are on a one way trip! My logic being to replace them out here.
Rode a loop from the hotel (just off Irlo Bronson Highway in Kissimmee, west of Interstate 4) to Lake Buena Vista outlet mall, then back via the road through Disneyland. 'Twas good in bits, but in others it was 3 or 4 lane highways with no escape verge! Drivers here aren't used to cyclists; I didn't see one other all day. Only covered about 30 miles, but enough to get a feel for the place. Think I will try and keep the cycling a bit more rural if possible, which shouldn't be too hard as I seem to be on the south western boundaries of the Orlando/Kissimmee metropolis. I now have a map!

It's like a summer's day in Ayrshire this morning in the land of Mickey Mouse. Blowin' a hoolie, peeing down, and temperature about 18C ^_^.
Might have to investigate public transport options today, although I think they are of the very limited variety.
Forecast is for the sun to return later today but with much reduced temperatures for the next few days .
