It was the Stirling's bike hub's Ralpha women 100 (km).
Lots of Belles and GRCM member did participate.
I was working today, but did it last year, great fun and great scenery in Clackmannanshire - hope I've spelled it right :laugh:

To confirm, I went and looked up the published paper, and it does indeed sem Pat was not responsible. The highest caffeine concentration espressos came from Little Italy and Artisan Roast - it seems the researches didn't want to venture any further away from campus than absolutely necessary ^_^

It's also the first scientific paper I've ever seen that provides specific acknowledgement to a local coffee shop:laugh:

Just joined so thought I'd venture in and see what this Ecosse thing was all about :smile:

This weather is surely too hot for cycling during the day :heat:

Unless I go out early morning or late night, I am baked!!!

Cycling home at 5:30pm is super warm, never had so much sweat dripping down my face and thats only after 6 miles :laugh:
