75 days until Arran. Today was good practice
75 days, I better get my bum on my bike, will have to do my mad Arran training route (if I can find some of this time stuff). It includes every big and steep hill near my house. I am as daft as I look:blink:.

Today's evans sportive reminded me a lot of Arran. Lots of bumps, with a big climb in the dukes pass. Might try it a couple of times again before june,

I will try and get better at hills, wasn't fair on @tug benson for me to have him waiting about today. Tho finding out at the 40 mile food stop I'd been riding 40psi tyres explained why I'd found my pace down on the flats and downhills.

Kept pace steady on dukes pass, I remember less than a year ago getting to a tough climb on heavy legs and saying no. Time for me yet

@Pat "5mph" , are you still out with the new man?
You're probably still out doing a circuit of the west of Scotland at 25mph right now. Hope you are bonding well!
Greetings @Brandane!
Was out briefly in the park, then rode the few miles home.
Needed to do a few adjustments, saddle was too forward, maybe needs a wee bit up too.
After a circuit of the park, noticed left crank was hitting the kick stand, took it back to the shop, guy adjusted it, same happened a few minutes later.
Took it off when I got home - the kick stand, not the crank
More miles are needed to fully bond: it started to rain, as usual!
Got a tec question to ask, will pm you :hello:
