Yip. Did the 100 in 2011, and the 50 in 2012. Had a chest infection last year, so didn't want to push it. Two good routes, but the 100 is a bit special.

I'll get you at the Kincardine bridge, I need to get the miles in so I'll probably cycle back to Dunfermline with you, then head home to Alloa
