1)Should cyclists wear SPD's or at least some sort of footwear?
2) Is it responsible to ride a bicycle with a severely buckled front wheel? - I note that there is no front brake - so at least he isn't going to go over the bars if he brakes sharply

Round my way there's miles of cycling infrastructure. We call them "roads"
