Yes, I've been to Barmouth many times and must have driven around that lake a few times.

We cycled along the trail from Barmouth to Dolgellau and came back on the high road to the lake before dropping down the very steep road to Arthog.

There must be a website that lists the location of all the Red Phone Boxes in the Uk, and even in North Wales.

Well done, excellent find.

Apparently, the impressive Ynysypandy Slate Mill was part of a huge slate mine construction that cost a lot of cash, but never made any money. It was the wrong type of slate, too soft.
