The number may be an actual number, or it could be a cryptic clue to an anaesthetic such as Ether!

There is a LP Wimsey story called the Five Red Herrings which is set in Galloway https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Five_Red_Herrings it features a character called Sandy Campbell
Donald Campbell died in Bluebird so that may be a Scottish connection - as he was often asked about the whereabouts of his trousers.

Therefore it's clearly in Kent "Bluebirds over ..."

Yep, well done @T4tomo. After doing most of the work, for some reason @Dogtrousers didn't find the Galloway connection. Edit: yes he did. He could've scored the try but elected to pass. Something like that.
