So I'm definately going to be in Sheffield when this goes ahead, can't wait. Was there talk of going to the pub before(?) the ride somewhere in York, or did I imagine that? I think I could probably step into the breach for that too.

There's an england match on, so possibly. I was thinking of riding up on the afternoon and watching the England match with people if they are up there or getting the train and doing the same. Not really sure .

what sort of time will people be in York then?

Dunno. Last time I rode to York it took about 3hrs. Probably for around tea time, eat and head to one of the pubs I suggested earlier to watch the world cup game after that. Perhaps like if we sound like we have a plan the three of us will get other followers.
